This renovation and addition is located in beautiful Catherine Hill. Due to the home being located within a heritage area, we were required to restore the original cottage, while meeting heritage guidelines. The front cottage takes in stunning views of Catherine Hill Bay Beach. The rear of the cottage opens up to a modern addition, boasting beautiful high ceilings and open living, taking in views of the national park.
